In 2009 Twister B.V. was involved in AFAM, Okoloma Gas Plant in Nigeria (SHELL), Twister supplied 2 LTX separation vessels, the larger vessel was put in the standard train, and the smaller one was fitted in a module with the complete Twister supersonic design gas drying system, both the vessels and Module have been built in Italy, QCS Consultancy was involved by Twister as consultant for the fabrication of both the vessels and the Module.
QCS Consultancy assisted in the detailed design and adherence to the International codes/Standards and the SHELL DEP at the fabricators workshop.
During the construction of Module QCS Consultancy was involved in Construction management and QC related matters.
At the end of the Job QCS Consultancy assisted in writing the Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual.
